I don't offer ready-made solutions. I show the way to the solution.
Only what has been developed by everyone will be accepted by everyone.
Designing and implementing comprehensive change management processes
Being on your way together. Permanent change – in combination with speed and complexity – has become normal. That change does not always run smoothly but is demanding and up against stiff opposition: that is normal, too. However, you can do a lot to ensure that change processes take place with more ease and turn out to be successful. Is change recognised as a leadership task? Is everybody aware of the need for change and do they know where they need to go? Does the process take care of all people involved? Does it promote appreciation of what has been achieved and openness for something new? Do you have in place a variety of methods from which to build a perfectly fitting change process?
In change management there can always only be individual solutions. Let us look together at how you can shape the changes in your organisation.

Mediation in complex conflict situations
Wanting to solve a conflict. There is hardly a situation without internal or external, minor or major conflicts. Only if they are solved is a mutual success conceivable at all. Occasionally, though, there is more to it: being able to cope with a difficult situation together allows people to grow both as individuals and as a team. And the mutual appreciation of expectations and needs might open up perspectives that would have been unthinkable before.
Using mediation with an attitude of impartiality, I can help you to get into conversation with each other (again).

Facilitating strategic and team development processes
Coming to the point. We can only deal well with the complexity of today’s business activities if we succeed in unlocking the full potential and utilising all resources available. The idea is to integrate different perspectives and experiences, combining them to create something new. This calls for exchange, reflection, creativity, testing, agility, and stability. I focus on clear goals in terms of concrete agreements, so that with each workshop you will get closer to the goal.
Nobody knows the relevant contents as well as you do. As the facilitator, I will be providing a space for you to be able to fully concentrate on these contents and create something new.

Coaching leaders and teams
Wanting to work on individual goals. Coaching is about the individual aspects of your task as a leader. Here, the focus is on generating new options for action. Many clients prefer approaches that take effect immediately and can be implemented in a short time. This can best be done by clearly focusing your attention on experiencing what you want to achieve. What does the goal look like? What resources are available? And how can you implement the solution paths by yourself? The actual solution is hidden behind the perspectives and strategies that have defined your experience of problems so far. You can use these perspectives and strategies as a valuable approach.
You are the best expert for your individual solution path. As a coach, I am looking forward to accompanying you a little way along this path.

Keynote speaker
Successful events depend on an inspirational idea that sparks off an intensive discussion among the participants. As a guest speaker at your event, I would like to contribute to its success.
My focus is on the challenges that come with entrepreneurial change, on conflict resolution, and on questions of intercultural co-operation.
