Change management is not a fad.

It's the ability to handle change creatively.
And benefit from it.

New markets, new demands, new cultures. Companies are subject to constant change, which brings about new challenges — not just for the organization as a whole, but also for the individual executives and employees.

That constant change has to be met with deliberate creative action. Because change should benefit a company rather than putting it at risk. I support you with direct strategic experience, a variety of approaches, and a genuine interest in your concerns.

Together we'll develop objectives and targets, determine the best way to achieve them, and define mandatory success criteria. In the end, we'll arrive at a solution that is wholly unique – just like your company.

Experience, connection, and dialog:

They form my basis of a successful change management.

Since more than 20 years I am supporting people in organizations within change processes. In this context my own international career in a worldwide operating group means that I am in a position to thoroughly understand the structures and processes that exists in my clients’ companies.

My great passion belongs to the connection between science and corporate practice. For me only this close link can ensure economic success. For many years, I have been in touch with science through various lectureships. Currently as a professor for Organizational Psychology and Change Management at the Hochschule Fresenius – University of Applied Science – and as a lecture at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. The open dialogue with all students is very rewarding to me.
